Over the last week we have been looking at properties of 2D mathematical shapes and 3D mathematical objects. Over the last 3 lessons we have looked at how to find 1% and 10% of a quantity and use these 'building blocks' to find other percentages. You could show your parents the percentage 'squares' sheet and explain how to use them. Revise this here! We also looked at finding equivalent fractions and simple addition of fractions using 'paper folding' . Try this again at home!

We finished last week looking at factorising quadratic expressions and also how to factorise expressions which are a 'DIFFERENCE of TWO SQUARES' and this week we have been looking at cancelling and adding algebraic fractions.
